Outdoor Emergency Care

Program

The Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) Program is National Ski Patrol’s (NSP) award-winning educational program for patrollers and others in the recreational community who deal with emergency situations. This program is designed to educate individuals to manage the toughest emergency situations, in all seasons.
